We are known for our 200g Beef Patties. The Patties are made with beef, a little bit of fat and a little bit of soya. They do NOT shrink! Make sure to buy extra large buns for these patties! The patties can be placed frozen on a braai rooster or you can bake them (frozen) in your oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
