Perfectly sun-ripened jalapeno peppers are hand-picked and then skillfully hot-smoked for up to 36 hours using invasive acacia wood, in our signature smoker to achieve the ultimate smoke flavour and correct moisture level. The chipotle is then blended with our mother sauce (Tomato & Red Pepper Salsa) to create our smoky chipotle salsa. Every sauce is hand-crafted and taste-tested before bottling and shipping to ensure depth of flavour, complexity, and the correct level of heat. It is low in sugar and salt, with no preservatives. Our smoky chipotle salsa is medium in heat and will add a smoky, spicy flavour to your dishes. Enjoy our Mexican style Smoky Chipotle Salsa with some added South African gees!

We ship to the whole of South Africa. In Cape Town, we service a large part of the Peninsula through partnerships with local couriers. In the rest of the country, we make use of Cloud Logistics, TheCourierGuy, and various other couriers to deliver your products as soon as possible.
Please note that we are based in Bellville, Cape Town, and we do not have branches in other locations.
Parcels in and around Cape Town are normally the next day. South of Muizenberg and Hout Bay are serviced on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Stellenbosch and the Helderberg area are serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Parcels to the rest of the country and in major areas are normally delivered in 3-4 working days, although parcels to KwaZulu-Natal tend to take up to 4-5 days. Parcels to outlying towns and areas can take even longer, as these towns are normally not serviced every day.
Overnight delivery (only to certain areas) is available at an extra cost. Please contact us directly should this be required.
Days are calculated from when we confirmed the order is ready. All couriers work on a normal 5-day work week, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You are also more than welcome to pick-up your order at The Deli, or to organise a courier to collect it from us. Pick-up can only happen once you have been notified that your order is ready. Pick-ups are Monday to Thursday, 08:00 till 18:00, and Fridays 08:00 till 16:00, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We offer free shipping* on orders over R 1 000 to any destination in South Africa.
* The following destinations might have a surcharge: Chain stores, Power stations, Hospitals, Plots & Farms.
For orders under R 1 000 we do charge shipping.

Rest of SA: R 100 / order
If you would prefer to make use of your own courier services or do a pick-up yourself, please indicate and contact us after you have placed the order. Once your order is ready you will be notified. Your courier needs to pick-up the parcel at 9 Wyoming Street, Stellenridge, Bellville, Western Cape, 7530. Please see above for the normal pick-up times.
