We ship to the whole of South Africa. In Cape Town, we service a large part of the Peninsula through partnerships with local couriers. In the rest of the country, we make use of Cloud Logistics to deliver your products as soon as possible. Where Cloud Logistics can't deliver or where we need to pay a surcharge, we will make use of alternative couriers.
Please note that we are based in Bellville, Cape Town, and we do not have branches in other locations. Parcels in and around Cape Town are normally the same day or the next day. Parcels to the rest of the country are normally delivered in 3-4 working days, although parcels to KwaZulu-Natal tend to take up to 4-5 days. Parcels to outlying towns can take even longer, as these towns are normally not serviced every day. Overnight delivery (only to certain areas) is available at an extra cost.
Days are calculated from when we confirmed the order is ready. All couriers work on a normal 5-day work week, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You are also more than welcome to pick-up your order at The Deli, or to organise a courier to collect it from us. Pick-up can only happen once you have been notified that your order is ready.

We offer free shipping on orders over R 1 000 to most destinations in South Africa.

Own Courier or Pick-up
If you would prefer to make use of your own courier services or do a pick-up yourself, please indicate and contact us after you have placed the order. Once your order is ready you will be notified. Should you prefer to make use of PAXI for delivery, please note that PAXI makes use of bags, and we can therefore not guarantee that there will not be any breakage.
