Due to the nature of our products all refunds and credits will be processed in the form of a credit that can be redeemed online.

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Please inspect your order within 12 hours upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that should the item still be in the Best Before Date bracket and taste “strange”, we will not be able to replace or refund the product as this is out of our control. Should you receive a product that is sent after the Best Before Date, we will gladly refund you after we receive a photo which proves this.

All refunds can be requested by email by submitting your request to info@thedeli.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. 

If you have received a damage item we are so sorry to hear about it.  We are here to help you to the best of our ability.  We request that the damaged item be left unopened / unused and in its original retail packaging as proof of damage upon arrival. Please email us pictures of the damage, your order number and your most current shipping address.

Shipping charges are not refundable or credited.
