We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note that items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
The Deli is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear or gradual changes caused by light, weather, or atmosphere, unless such damage results from an accident or unforeseen event not otherwise excluded under our policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note:
- A 5% handling fee may be charged on all returns.
- If your parcel has already been collected by the courier, the courier fee is non-refundable.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
