  • Ingredients: Red peppers, tomato paste (tomatoes, salt), sundried tomatoes (87% tomatoes, salt, sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate, glucose, citric acid), seed oil (85% canola or sunflower seed), extra virgin olive oil (15%), olive fruit, garlic (reconstituted irradiated dried), cumin seeds, apple cider vinegar (preservative: sulphur dioxide), salt, chili sauce (water, sugar, spirit vinegar, barrel matured chilies, vegetable oil: sunflower seeds, garlic, spices, herbs, salt, modified food starch, potassium sorbate, lemon juice (water, lemon concentrate, ascorbic acid), preservative: sulphur dioxide, anti-foaming agent, herbs and spices).

Harissa is a Tunisian chili pepper paste, the main ingredients of which are roasted red peppers, Baklouti peppers, spices and herbs such as garlic paste, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, cumin and olive oil to carry the oil-soluble flavours.

Ideal as a rub for chicken or meat.  Mix with yoghurt for a condiment or dip, or to flavour soup and sauces. Use in Moroccan dishes, Stews and Stroganoff to enhance the flavour.
