Was initially hesitant to buy, as it's bought in bulk and no source origin on bottle. But a little trick to check for real honey is to put a teaspoon on a clean plate, and run a trickle of cold water over it. You'll see a honeycomb pattern start to emerge. This works for raw honey, have not yet tried it for the shop or pasteurised versions yet.
Would be nice to have the origin listed on the bottle, if possible. Suppose it comes from more than one, if bulk. But it is real.
