1. Eligibility:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.
  • You cannot participate if you are a resident of a country where affiliate marketing is illegal.

2. Commissions:

  • You will earn a 5% commission on all valid sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • A sale is considered valid only if the customer:
    • Clicks on your unique affiliate link.
    • Places an order on the website (mobile app orders DO NOT qualify).
    • Fully pays for their order (unpaid orders will not generate commissions).
    • Uses a valid coupon code generated through the affiliate program.
  • Orders / sales that a customer made WITHOUT using your unique affiliate link will NOT count towards your commission, whether or not you introduced the customer to The Deli.

    3. Price Differences:

    • Acknowledgement of Dynamic Pricing:
      • We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time and without prior notice. While we strive to keep information accurate, there may be instances where the price displayed on your website or social media differs from the price displayed on our website.
    • Affiliate (your) Responsibility:
      • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the pricing information you display for our products. We recommend updating your links and promotional materials regularly to reflect the latest pricing.
    • Disclaimers and Representations:
      • You agree NOT to represent or advertise prices lower than those displayed on our website unless expressly authorised by us in writing.
      • You are also responsible for any disclaimers you choose to include regarding price accuracy, such as "price subject to change" or "check retailer for latest price."
    • Customer Disputes:
      • We are responsible for resolving all customer disputes regarding pricing discrepancies. You agree not to engage in any communication with customers regarding pricing differences directly. If a customer contacts you with a pricing concern, please instruct them to contact us directly.

    4. Payments:

    • Commissions will be paid out every 2 weeks via bank transfer, provided your earnings exceed R100.
    • Only valid South African bank accounts will be accepted for commission payments.
    • We reserve the right to hold payments for verification purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

    5. Coupon Codes:

    • You can create and edit your own unique coupon codes to promote through your affiliate links.
    • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You will not earn commissions on orders placed using your own coupon code.

    6. Promotion:

    • You are free to promote the program through various channels, as long as your methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Spamming, misleading representations, and fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited and will result in termination from the program.

    7. Termination:

    • We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
    • We may also terminate the program itself at any time, with notice.

    8. Modification:

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
    • You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions to ensure you are up-to-date.

    9. Disclaimer:

    • We make no guarantee of your earnings or success in the program. Your results will depend on your own efforts and promotional strategies.

    10. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

    • Initial Contact:
      • Communicates your concern clearly and concisely, providing evidence (e.g., screenshots, data) if available.
      • We acknowledges the issue and investigates to gather information.
    • Negotiation and Mediation:

      • You can appeal  to challenge the decision if necessary.

      • Original content: If you create unique content (e.g., reviews, blog posts) promoting us, you retain ownership but might grant us limited usage rights in the agreement.
      • Trademarks and logos: You cannot use your own trademarks or logos in a way that suggests an affiliation with us unless permitted.
