Anneke found a delicious recipe for a pizza crust on the internet.  With a bit of exploration it became a delicious Sunday lunch on the stoep.

The recipe is for a pizza crust and toppings, Anneke used what was in the Deli to have our own toppings.  The basic crust's recipe is:

  • ½ cup almond flour, plus more for dusting
  • 2 medium zucchini (about 2 cups, shredded)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fine sea salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray
