Loyalty Points Policy
Customers are eligible for a 15% discount on their first purchase when registering as a new shopper. This was introduced on 11 Apr 2026.
In addition, loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases in accordance with our rewards programme.
Please note that each customer account is considered unique and non-transferable. Loyalty points are allocated to the specific account used at the time of purchase and cannot be merged, transferred, or combined with points from any other account at a later stage.
By creating an account and participating in the loyalty programme, customers acknowledge and accept that multiple accounts may not be consolidated for the purpose of combining loyalty points or benefits.
