Gluten-free Rusks

Ingredients:
- 500g gluten-free flour
- 5ml salt
- 20ml baking powder
- 125ml sugar
- 125ml seeds/cranberries/nuts/etc
- 125ml gluten-free oats
- 200g margarine
- 200ml milk/soy milk
- 5ml vinegar
- 5ml bicarbonate of soda
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Melt margarine and mix with milk. Add bicarb and vinegar to mixture.
- Add fluid to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake for 50 – 60 minutes at 180ºC
